Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business in the Nottingham area, offering strong pay, excellent benefits, and genuine career progression—without nights?

The Role

Working within a fast‑paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance, ensuring machinery and production lines operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Fault‑finding and breakdown response in a time‑critical production environment
• Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering‑led initiatives
• Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards

This role operates on a 2 / 3s shift pattern (Days Only), offering structured daytime hours and excellent work–life balance.
