Maintenance Engineer

Cheltenham

£46,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (3 shift pattern - morn / days / lates)

The Role
  • Diagnosing faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems
  • Repairing plant and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Working closely with the production team to maintain output levels
  • Collaborating effectively with other engineers on site

This is a true multi-skilled maintenance role with plenty of variety.

Whats Required
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • A completed apprenticeship (mechanical, electrical or control systems)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment
  • A strong mix of electrical and mechanical engineering skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
  • Confident IT skills
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proof of Right to Work in the UK
