Maintenance Engineer – Electrically Biased

Location: Sudbury

Salary: £47,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

I’m currently partnering with a leading manufacturing company based in the Sudbury area, who are entering an exciting phase of development with several new projects underway. As a result of this continued investment and growth, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) to join their established engineering team.

As an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the site’s production machinery. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair on a wide range of production equipment
  • Support in planned, reactive, and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Work closely with other engineers to minimise downtime and improve equipment performance
  • Assist with ongoing engineering projects, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with site health & safety and engineering standards
Requirements
  • Electrically biased engineer with strong technical knowledge
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is beneficial
