Shift Pattern

4 on 4 off - Days and Nights (12 hour shifts): 06:30 - 18:30 / 18:30 - 06:30 (blocks of 4)

Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer
  • Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
  • Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
  • Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
  • Work closely with production to meet performance goals
  • Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork
What We’re Looking For
  • Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
