Static Maintenance Electrician - Commercial Site (Havant)

We are currently recruiting a Static Maintenance Electrician as part of a well‑established facilities maintenance company, working on a large commercial site in Havant. This is an excellent temp‑to‑perm opportunity offering stable hours and no call‑out requirements.

Role Details

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
• Working on a static commercial site (no travel between sites)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• No call‑out required

Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong fault‑finding and maintenance skills
