Job summary

A leading industrial manufacturer in Hartlepool is seeking a skilled electrician to join their high-performing engineering team. You will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and improving machinery efficiency. The ideal candidate has a completed electrical apprenticeship and experience with PLCs, AC/DC motors, and variable speed drives. Job description

Hours: 12hr Shifts (2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off)

Working as part of a skilled multi-disciplined team, you’ll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose and repair faults, and make improvements to keep machinery running efficiently and safely.

From maintaining overhead cranes and motor drive systems to working with PLCs, control systems, and variable speed drives, every shift will bring new technical challenges in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
