Maintenance/Driver – £15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week, Welwyn Grange, Welwyn Garden City.

Welwyn Grange is a new care home set within the heart of the community in Welwyn Garden City. We will bring a fresher approach to residential, nursing and support.

Responsibilities

Maintain the building and facilities, ensuring high standards of safety and comfort for residents. Respond efficiently to maintenance and repair issues. Transport residents to and from appointments and social visits, providing a caring and efficient driving service.

Qualifications & Attributes

Integrity, calm, friendly, well organised, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in professional facilities maintenance or a professional facilities maintenance environment is an advantage. May be required to be on‑call for maintenance emergencies at times.
