• Maintain outside landscaping, painting, and varnishing of restaurant exterior surfaces.
• Maintain parking facilities and complete small, non‑electrical equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by keeping equipment and the building in prime condition.
• Co‑ordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
