Are you looking for a career where you can make a real difference in peoples day. We are seeking a Maintenance Delivery Manager to join our team based from Ramsgate.
In this role, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the long-term maintenance strategy for Southeast’s fleet, ensuring our rolling stock is in the right place at the right time to meet passenger and operational needs. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Planning Team and wider stakeholders to coordinate planned maintenance across our depots, balancing availability, capacity, and service delivery.
Working with both internal teams and external departments, you’ll ensure maintenance plans are aligned with timetable requirements and future developments, while minimising disruption, maximising efficiency, and cost reduction.
