A premium golf and country club is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role involves general repairs, preventive maintenance, and prompt responses to emergencies, all contributing to a first-class environment for members and guests. The ideal candidate should have relevant vocational training and maintenance experience in a business setting. Evening and weekend availability is essential due to operational needs.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the upkeep of the Club’s buildings, facilities, garden, and car park areas, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are in top condition and running efficiently.
You will carry out general repairs to plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, and building structures, as well as overseeing the maintenance of air conditioning, refrigerators, and swimming pool equipment. You’ll also handle routine preventive maintenance and work with contractors for major repairs when needed.
In addition, you’ll act as Fire Officer, conduct risk assessments, and respond to maintenance emergencies promptly.
