Salary: £14.30 per hour (night rate until 1st February), increasing to £15.30 per hour from Monday 2nd February

Hours:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 21:30 - 07:30
  • Thursday: 21:30 - 06:30
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our fast-paced engineering/manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have previous hands‑on experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production specifications
  • Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies
  • Work efficiently during night shifts, maintaining focus and precision
