Overview

Brightwork Recruitment is currently hiring Machine Operators to join our client's team at their Coatbridge facility. As part of an established team, you will be trained across a variety of equipment and play an integral role in the larger production team.

Day Shift Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM

Your Time at Work

• Training on multiple machines within the production area.
• Recording equipment downtime accurately.
• Ensuring equipment hygiene is maintained to high standards.
• Switching between bottling equipment and bottling lines as needed.
• Strictly following all SOPs and instructions.
• Adhering to Health and Safety protocols and Risk Assessments.
• Contributing to continuous performance improvement efforts.

Our Perfect Worker

• Experience with machinery in a bottling environment (e.g., capper, filler, depal).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in a production setting (experience in the spirits industry is a bonus).
• A team player who ensures work is completed to high standards and in line with company procedures.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
