Job description

Machine Operator (Late Afternoon / Evening Shift)

Aldershot

£13-£15 per hour

Monday-Thursday, approx. 3:30pm start (4-5 hour shifts)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You will work alongside existing staff on a rota system, ensuring support is always available during training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating pre-programmed CNC/automated machines (no programming required)
• Changing tooling and carrying out basic adjustments
• Reading and understanding technical drawings
• Checking completed parts against drawings and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous machining or machine operating experience
• Confidence with tool changes and basic machine operations
• Ability to read drawings and use measuring equipment
• Someone reliable, practical, and able to work independently once trained

Training Provided

Full training on our machinery and processes will be given. Earlier start times may be available while training.
