Manpower are currently looking to recruit a Machine Operative for one of our clients based close to North Thoresby.

  • Location: Outskirts of North Thoresby
  • Shift: 4 x 12 hours shifts per week. 6am- 6pm/ 6pm-6am (Week 1- Days, Week 2- Nights)
  • Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

*Own transport is essential due to the location of the site*

Once you are fully trained you will move onto the above shift pattern (Mon-Fri) and a permanent position after a successful 12-week probationary period.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Extrusion/ Machine Operative Roles are preferred
  • Candidates who hold their FLT/ Counterbalance licence are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen interest in the recycling process
  • Interested in progression

Duties

  • Operating and over-seeing machine operations
  • General warehousing duties
  • Maintaining health & safety standards across the site
  • Keeping all paperwork up-to-date and correct
  • Moving products around the Site (if you already hold an FLT Licence)
  • Assisting and helping where necessary with other team members
  • Flexibility for extra hours dependant on requirement

This role comes with an immediate start, following an interview on Site, and will move into a permanent position for the right candidate.
