We’re hiring a Machine Operative for a printing company in Letchworth. You’ll work within a production team operating machinery, supporting departments and learning on the job. Experience in roles like Production Operative, Factory Operative or Print Assistant is useful but not essential.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Support different production areas
• Complete simple quality checks
• Keep your workspace tidy
• Follow safety procedures
• Work rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
• Weekend work and overtime when needed
