Job Title: M&E Site Supervisor (Mechanical/HVAC bias)

Location: Ealing, West London

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: £52,000 per annum + Overtime opportunities

About the Role:

I am seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join my client's team, to be based at a large accommodation building in Ealing. In this role, you will primarily oversee a team of 6 engineers who perform maintenance tasks managed with PDA. You will spend 50% of your time off the tools, focusing on leadership / supervisory duties, with the flexibility to assist with hands‑on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day‑to‑day activities of a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist with PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to the engineering team to assist with M&E planned & reactive repair/maintenance tasks.
