Job Title: M&E Shift Technician

Location: Heathrow area, TW6

Contract Type: Permanent - Shift-Based (24 / 7 Rota)

SALARY: up to £58,425 per annum plus Overtime

ROLE OVERVIEW

Trevett Services are recruiting an experienced M&E Shift Technician to join a high-performing engineering team within a major Critical Environment / Data Centre . Working on a 24 / 7 shift rota, you will support all mechanical and electrical operations on-site, ensuring uptime, safety, and compliance across critical building systems.

You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and operational support while working closely with the Shift Manager to ensure all work meets strict SLA and KPI requirements. A professional approach, strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Carry out all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on M&E systems in line with site schedules
  • Complete all reactive and breakdown tasks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Maintain critical environmental conditions including UPS, Generators, HV systems, PDUs, CRAC units
