Job Title: M&E Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 + Package

KEDRO Search is recruiting an experienced M&E Project Manager for a well-established, mid-sized M&E contractor based in London, with an annual turnover of approximately £30m.

This is an excellent opportunity for an M&E Project Manager to deliver a £6m M&E package on a high-profile Education sector project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the project, including pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee both mechanical and electrical services on site
• Coordinate subcontractors, programmes, and budgets
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout delivery

About You

• Proven experience delivering M&E projects of a similar value (£5m+)
• Background in Education, Commercial, or similar sectors
• Trade background preferred (Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Electrical)
• Mechanical Project Manager with strong electrical knowledge or Electrical Project Manager with strong mechanical understanding

The successful M&E Project Manager will join the project from an early stage, with a January start or sooner where possible.
