Overview

Are you a recent graduate of an engineering course? Would you be interested in an exciting career in property?

We are looking for individuals that have recently graduated from either a mechanical or electrical based engineering course. You would be involved in asset registers, asset verification, identifying condition of plant and compliance audits.

Role and team

TSA are currently recruiting for an M&E Surveyor to work within the Birmingham area, as part of a wider national team, for the internal function of a global building services consultancy. The client themselves is responsible for providing internal resource on a range of both public and private sector projects across a range of industries such as water, environment, infrastructure, resource management, and energy.

Due to a large growth in the asset management team\'s portfolio, they are looking to recruit an individual to assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys, with their current workload spread across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sector.

The client is looking to recruit someone at a beginner level. They will need to be able to communicate effectively and will need to be prepared to learn to perform their own surveys as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Log, tag and create condition reports for all mechanical and electrical assets within a variety of environments.
  • Assist in the delivery of M&E Condition Surveys, with the asset management team\'s workload across a range of industries and environments, both in the public and private sector.
Qualifications and expectations
  • Qualified within the building services sector (mechanical or electrical).
  • Prepared to become self-sufficient and comfortable managing your own workload.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn to perform surveys as part of a team.
