You will manage bookings and ensure outstanding customer service while developing relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities

• Assist the Reservations Manager to quote and manage holidays.
• Create luxury tailor-made trips for independent travellers.
• Make bookings with hotels and oversee preparation for tours.
• Develop knowledge of luxury travel products and services.
• Attend familiarisation trips and trade shows.
• Maintain commitment to customer service.
• Develop good relationships with supplier contacts.
