About the Position

Are you passionate about helping people find the perfect piece of jewellery to commemorate a special occasion, express their style, or simply add a touch of sparkle to their everyday lives? If so, then a career as a Jewellery Sales Associate might be the perfect fit for you!

In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using your product knowledge and expertise to guide customers toward the perfect jewellery piece. You'll also be responsible for achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
  • Ability to serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell jewellery and related accessories.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with HNW clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Participate in store events and promotions.
