A luxury hotel in Greater London is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join their team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the dynamic pastry section's daily operations, ensuring the highest quality of all pastry and dessert items for events and in-room dining. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong experience as a Senior Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel.
  • Exceptional technical skills in pastry and dessert preparation.
  • Strong understanding of hotel amenities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the pastry team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Oversee the production of all pastry items for banqueting, in-room dining, amenities, and bespoke events.
  • Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all offerings.
  • Support menu development and contribute innovative ideas for seasonal and signature creations.
