Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting, listing properties, negotiating offers and selling properties.
• Proactively targeting potential sellers.
• Presenting an irresistible proposition to potential sellers.
• Creating world class marketing campaigns for luxury properties.
• Providing a first-class service and delivering outstanding results for the seller.
• The successful candidate will have access to full support and training from the current team and a variety of marketing and prospecting tools as well as a strong network of neighbouring Fine and Country colleagues with whom you can collaborate.

Skills And Experience

• Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years estate agency experience or a related role dedicated to working with high-end clients.
• Must be well networked within the local community.
• Experience As a Valuer Is Desired But Not Essential.
• Must be a car owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
