Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and offer refreshments.

• Take customer details and hand out brochures.
• Build understanding of the full range of products.
• Maintain the customer environment to an immaculate standard.
• Assist with promotions and events as required.
• Support the sales team and build good relations with team members.
• Manage walk-in sales enquiries.
• Clean and sanitise customer waiting areas and other facilities.
