SEN Complex Needs Assistant

Are you a passionate and adaptable TA looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking two dedicated LSAs with experience supporting pupils with Complex Needs, to join our vibrant and nurturing school community.

About the Role

You will work with pupils aged 4 to 19 years, delivering engaging and creative learning experiences that meet individual needs and promote independence, confidence, and achievement. While Computing is a desirable subject area, we welcome applications from teachers of any subject - the SEN expertise and enthusiasm for inclusive education are what matter most.

About You
  • Experienced in working with children and young people with Complex SEN (including Autism, PMLD, SLD, or communication difficulties).
  • Skilled in differentiating learning and using a wide range of strategies to engage and motivate pupils with diverse needs.
  • Patient, creative, and committed to providing the best outcomes for every learner.
