A leading hospitality company is seeking a manager for its EMEA Loyalty Program Performance and Support Team for a fixed term of 9 months. This role involves supporting loyalty program metrics, assisting with reporting and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have operational experience in hotel settings, knowledge of Marriott systems, a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, and 2-4 years of relevant experience. This position is part of the EMEA Loyalty Program Performance and Support Team and will provide Maternity Coverage for a fixed term of 9 months.
This role is responsible for supporting the Director Loyalty Program Performance and Support, supporting hotels to drive member experience metrics, assisting with monthly and quarterly scorecard and reporting, providing Marriott Bonvoy technical and program related question support, and providing powerpoint decks and tableau data analysis and presentation to support webinars, owner meetings and escalations.
There will be additional opportunities to support office hours and virtual trainings and participate in adhoc projects.
This Manager will work closely with the EMEA PRISMA team, Guest and Digital Experience teams and Marriott Bonvoy Global Teams at Marriott Headquarters and other Continents.
