Overview

Lorry Crane Service Engineer — Birmingham, Midlands.

Competitive basic salary + GBP45,000 - GBP50,000 estimated OTE including overtime + van + benefits.

Lorry Crane Service Engineer required by an established, stable and growing service and testing business. The role offers voluntary overtime at time and a half and there is no stay-away in the role.

Experienced Lorry Crane Service Engineer or similar required. ALLMI Card or equivalent preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Service, repair and test lorry loader cranes at client sites (typically within a 2 hour radius of Birmingham).
  • Fault finding and problem solving of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Breakdown/roadside assistance, working on and off company premises at client sites.
  • Hydraulic hose making.
  • LOLER testing and certificating.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience of working on hydraulic equipment, plant or ideally lorry cranes.
  • Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • ALLMI Card is beneficial but not essential.
