• 3+ years in a Site Manager or Assistant PM role within London fit-out.
• Experience in Cat A and Cat B commercial office interiors required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily progress of fit-out projects ranging from £1m to £10m.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project programmes.
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate trades.
• Manage variations, procurement, and cost reporting.
• Act as key contact for architects, designers, and clients.
