Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume food production facility, CPU, or large-scale catering environment.
  • Practical experience with cook–chill and chilled food production.
  • Strong HACCP knowledge (Level 3 minimum; Level 4 preferred).
  • Experience with food safety audits; SALSA or BRC exposure ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup of a new London-based CPU including layout planning and equipment selection.
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen, production, and dispatch activities.
  • Lead all food safety and health & safety practices.
  • Recruit, train, and manage kitchen and production staff.
  • Manage production budgets including food costs and operational expenditure.
