Job summary

A global insurance provider in London is seeking a Renewable Energy & Alternative Fuel (REAF) Risk Engineer. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams, conducting risk assessments, and developing curricula for risk management. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in energy-related engineering and strong technical communication skills. Opportunities for travel within COG regions are part of the position, with a requirement to work from the London office at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering activities related to renewable energy.
  • Ideally several years' experience in insurance risk engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Energy and Power sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on risk engineering processes.
  • Conduct site visits and risk surveys for client projects.
  • Develop risk management curriculums for underwriters.
