Job summary

A leading global legal services firm is seeking an In-House Paralegal to join their London headquarters. This full-time position involves providing comprehensive legal support across multiple international jurisdictions, including contract review and compliance. Ideal candidates will have 6–12 months of in-house experience and a law degree. Candidates who are proactive and possess strong attention to detail will thrive in this role that offers significant professional development opportunities. Knowledge of German, French, or Dutch is advantageous yet not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • 6–12 months’ experience in another in-house team.
  • Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting international operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Develop and apply an in-depth knowledge of the supply chain and key terms when negotiating client agreements.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Advise the sales team on international compliance matters.
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to colleagues.
  • Play a key role in managing legal risk and guiding strategic decisions.
  • Assist with commercial litigation and dispute management.
  • Support with legal projects and other higher-level matters.
