Private Equity Insights Ltd. in London invites an operations-focused professional to own the end-to-end execution of our 10 European private equity conferences each year, from venues and suppliers to on-site teams and attendee experience.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team, shipping with exceptional attention to detail, under tight deadlines, and coordinating a multi-piece operation to land perfectly at each event.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• No prior work experience required; training provided.
• Relentless drive, strong work ethic, ownership mindset, curiosity about people, excellent communication, well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Research and manage suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, meals, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to lock in logistics.
• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
