Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking an hands-on operations professional to own the end-to-end delivery of our conferences. You’ll manage venues, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure exceptional attendee experiences across 10 European events a year.

You’ll lead supplier selection, budgeting, and on-site execution, with a focus on details, timelines, and effective team coordination. This is a fast-paced role with significant responsibility and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end conference operations is a plus.
• Must be able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• UK work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution for 10 European conferences per year.
• Source and manage suppliers and contracts for events.
• Plan VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venues and on-site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Recruit, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
• Provide on-site support and ensure high-quality event experience.
