Private Equity Insights is seeking an operations-oriented professional to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You will manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall participant experience from our London HQ.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with substantial responsibility and opportunities for internal progression. You will travel to overseas conferences and lead a large volunteer team to deliver world-class events.

Qualifications

• UK work permit is required.
• No specific previous work experience is required as training is provided.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and select suppliers for event needs.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners and after-hours activities.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure detailed logistics are in place.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
