Responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers for event needs.
• Plan and coordinate conferences, including venues and on-site logistics.
• Support and oversee internal team and volunteers.
• Quality-check promotional materials (banners, signage, brochures).
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly.
• Review budgets and update plans ahead of changes.
