Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of conferences including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience.
• Coordinate with venues and suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide on-site support during events and oversee a 40-person volunteer/temporary staff where applicable.
• Keep internal team queries organized, maintain inventory, and quality-check branding and promotional materials.
