Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London seeks an operations-driven professional to own the end-to-end execution of our European private equity conferences. You’ll manage venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the overall attendee experience.

Based in our London HQ, you’ll ship with a startup pace, take ownership of challenges, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners. Travel to overseas conferences is expected.

Qualifications

• Training provided; no prior experience required.
• UK work permit required.
• Willingness to travel to conferences across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage event suppliers and contracts.
• Plan sponsored VIP events, logistics, and venue coordination.
• Coordinate internal team queries and inventory tracking.
• Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team.
