Job summary

A recruitment agency in logistics is seeking a logistics specialist to own the shipping process. You will coordinate all shipments, manage export documentation, and ensure timely delivery to clients. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and will work on-site in Swansea, UK, from 08:00 to 16:30 or 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing shipping and logistics processes.
  • Capability in handling export documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
  • Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams.
  • Manage data exports and create shipping labels.
  • Take charge of our returns system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
  • Assist with packing when necessary.

  • Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
  • Lend a hand with packing when needed.

This is an office based role - 5 days a week - working 08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 daily.
