Responsibilities

• Plan loads for UK road movements ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage urgent delivery requests and resolve planning issues.
• Provide accurate load information to customer services.
• Maximise payloads through optimal load building.
• Maintain communication with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage documentation for customer returns.
• Ensure system data is accurate and updated.
• Deputise for the Team Leader when necessary.
