Logistics Coordinator Syston £28,000 + depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • The Aggregates Logistics Coordinator is at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. The purpose of the role is to ensure the seamless, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of aggregates (e.g., sand, gravel, crushed stone) to meet customer demands and project deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage transportation in a high-volume operation with rapid changes and tight schedules.
  • Act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment between drivers, suppliers, and clients for last-minute changes and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards in all transport operations.
  • Contribute to delivering customer satisfaction and project success by maintaining a reliable supply chain.
