Overview

As a Logistics Chargehand for Compounds Routine & Reactive, you will be responsible for ensuring works are completed and documentation is recorded accurately and timely. You will report to the Logistics Manager Routine and Reactive and supervise operatives ensuring they work safely in line with RAMS, DABS and HPC processes. You will deliver familiarisation and competency training, keep records for audit purposes, set up and maintain designated working areas, conduct quality checks, and provide operational support. This is a busy role with conflicting priorities, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with both blue- and white-collar workforce.

Qualifications

  • Must provide a 3-year work/unemployment/education history and pass vetting per HPC protocols
  • Must obtain HPC pass
  • Site is remote; 45-minute bus journey each way required to gain access
