Logistics Assistant (Hybrid role, 3 days office, 2 days WFH)

As a Logistics Assistant, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods in all stages of the Logistics & Supply plan process, both import and export, from sale to payment.

Daily Duties
  • Continuously review transportation costs to keep costs down where possible
  • Streamline the Logistics processes
  • Monitor data and spreadsheets to aid smooth transition of shipments
  • Track the transportation progress in conjunction with the preparation of the Import/Export documentation
  • Communicate clearly with our suppliers and customers, ensuring any complaints are resolved in a timely manner
What you'll bring to the job
  • Strong administration experience including data entry is essential
  • Some knowledge of Logistics, Import/Export or Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong customer focus skills
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to work to achieve deadlines
