The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Logistics & Stores Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The Role you will be doing;
  • Booking and tracking transport and courier collections
  • Handling export documentation and delivery notes
  • Ensuring accurate photographic dispatch records
  • Updating ERP systems and internal spreadsheets
  • Liaising with transport companies and internal departments
  • Ensuring compliance with shipping and packaging documentation
  • Providing cover for logistics coordination when needed
  • Producing ad hoc reports and supporting the European Logistics Manager
About you
  • 1 year logistics experience
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks with precision
  • Communicative, with strong interpersonal skills to liaise across departments
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Eager to learn, especially ERP systems and warehousing modules
