Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Logistics.
  • 3 to 5 years of Leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Overview

Objectivie of job:

  • Support other units in managing larg-scale company tasks.
  • Lead (technically and disciplinarily) and extensive/complex department with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology /control if production/SCM and/or the Logistics organization.
Principle activities:
  • Define and implement benchmark level Logistics systems, procedures, job standardization and training of both direct and indirect Logistics personnel.
  • Participate and support in all activities in regards to development projects, Series and Plant Site Strategy as required.
  • Active Team participation in all company activities and programs (Safety & Security, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Training, Human Resources, 5S and Environment, etc) which apply according to the proper activities of the position.
  • Daily operational support and leadership of on-site/off-site inbound receiving and outbound logistics processes.
  • Key interface for Logistics daily operational KPI metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Assure on-time delivery compliance both internal and external, inbound and outbound flow.
  • Assure Team 100% compliance with all DAA and DRX approved processes and procedures.
  • Lead (technically and disciplinarily) an extensive/complex department with very different functions and various or complex tasks with regard to the technology/control of production/SCM and/or the organization.
  • Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals.
  • Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control and characteristics.
  • Set priorities within stated times and goals.
  • Conduct shift and operations planning.
  • Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks.
  • Develop/support improvements in processes, equipment and IT systems.
  • Assure compliance with process and procedural directives.
  • Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation.
Job Requirements:
  • Associates Degree preferred not required.
  • 3 to 5 years of Manufacturing Logistics experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of Leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of WMS.
Shift:
  • 9:30pm to 6:30am
