Practice Nurse – Pontyclun, Cardiff

Role: Maternity post in a GP surgery. Full Time / Contract.

The ideal candidate will have come from a GP surgery background and will be experienced in:

• Smear Tests
• Child and adult immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Spirometry
• Family Planning
• Smoking cessation
• Compression Bandaging

The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential, as is being fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations.

All applicants will have a Nursing Pin and be registered with the NMC.

Although this is a full time post for one year, the client will consider a part time Practice nurse.
