Job summary

A healthcare provider is looking for a Locum Consultant Geriatrician to join their team in Yeovil, England. Qualifications

  • Broad experience managing complex older patients across acute and community settings.
  • Experience in teaching and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist Geriatric medical care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Contribute to 7-day working and the acute/frailty take.
  • Deliver comprehensive care across services such as Front Door Frailty, Ortho-Geriatrics, Parkinson's clinics, and Dementia/Delirium services.
  • Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement, audit, and teaching.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
