Description: Full-time OR Part-time LOCUM Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Wrexham.
• £450-£500 PER DAY
• 4 Associates, Therapist & Hygienist on-site
• Fully computerised surgeries - 4 Surgery practice
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary Endo
• Senior nurse/Practice manager
• Existing and well maintained patient list
• Public parking - £1.80 per day
• Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
