Qualifications

• Evidence of clinical currency with a minimum of 2 sessions per week over the last 15 months.
• Certification for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Safeguarding Adults Level 3 training.
• Completion of mandatory training and health clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of dental treatment to maintain oral health.
• Record all treatment on electronic health records.
• Ensure direct patient contact for not less than 6.5 hours per day.

Skills

Fully registered with the General Dental Council (GDC)

Indemnity insurance with a recognised dental defence organisation

Clinical currency over the last 15 months

Trained in emergency and resuscitation procedures

GDC Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Education

Certified completion of Foundation Training in Dentistry or equivalent experience
