About the role

Boots have the capacity to recruit 2x Workforce Coordinators on a 12-month Secondment. This is a critical strategic and tactical role to support, maintain and develop the stores salary model (ACI). Supporting the Workforce Analysts with a broad mix of technical ability and insight. A knowledge of analytical tools and numerate thinking is a must. Detail-oriented, and the ability to validate large data sources using Excel and other suitable tools. You are able to explain the complexities of the data to our field teams as the role also supports our helpdesk facilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and model the workload allocation and budget for all Boots UK and ROI stores C.1,800
  • Support the Workforce Analysts to ensure the data integrity of the ACI model including ensuring complex validation is completed after each iteration
  • Model potential payroll savings and validate the output data
  • Create reports and analysis using the ACI input to help support other functions and the ACI Manager
  • Support all central functions when creating business cases and salary modelling to validate payroll savings
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities internally to the function to improve the accuracy of ACI
  • Support the maintenance and updating of the CDP tools for use in stores
What you'll need to have
  • Strong understanding of the Boots UK and ROI Stores Structure and models
  • Degree level or relevant experience in statistical manipulation, visual basic modelling and TM1 data cube knowledge
  • Ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
  • Able to bring principles of continuous improvement, lean methodologies and process simplifications into the ACI work
