Qualifications

  • Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management.
  • Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB and safeguarding.
  • A confident people‑manager who brings out the best in a team.
  • Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with data systems and improving processes.
  • Resilient, proactive and solutions‑focused.
  • A CIH qualification is great to have but not essential if you bring strong relevant experience.

  • Guide complex casework safeguarding and tenancy enforcement.
  • Build strong partnerships with police, social care, health and community agencies.
  • Drive service improvement, streamline processes, and embed new ways of working.
  • Represent at multi‑agency forums for safeguarding.
  • Champion a consistent customer‑first approach.

  • Lead support and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators
  • Guide complex casework safeguarding and tenancy enforcement
  • Build strong partnerships with police, social care, health and community agencies
  • Drive service improvement, streamline processes, embed new ways of working and use data to sharpen performance
  • Represent us at multi‑agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA safeguarding panels)
  • Champion a consistent customer‑first approach across everything we do
